SICAV-SIF:
The Nordea Dedicated Investment Fund and Nordea Specialised Investment Fund is available for Professional Investors only.
Nordea Dedicated Investment Fund and Nordea Specialised Investment Fund qualify as specialised investment funds (“fonds d’investissement spécialisés”), taking the form of an investment company with variable capital (“Société d’Investissement à Capital Variable”, “SICAV”) under the Luxembourg law of 13 February 2007 relating to specialized investment funds. Such funds are Alternative Investment Funds within the meaning of the Directive 2011/61/EU (“AIFM Directive”) and therefore subject to the requirements of the AIFM Directive as implemented in Luxembourg law through the Law of 12 July 2013 on Alternative Investment Fund Managers as may be amended from time to time.
The prospectus is available in English where the aforementioned funds are authorized for distribution, without charge upon request, from the AIFM (Nordea Investment Funds S.A., 562, rue de Neudorf, P.O. Box 782, L-2017 Luxembourg) or from the registered offices of the SICAV-FIS.
